The ingredients needed to cook Nigerian Shawarma:

  1. You need of Flat bread.
  2. Use of Chicken breast.
  3. Take of Sausage.
  4. Prepare of Spices.
  5. Get of Habanero.
  6. Provide of Onion.
  7. Take of Mayonnaise.
  8. Take of Ketchup.
  9. Provide of Cabbage.
  10. Take of Carrot.

Steps to make Nigerian Shawarma:

  1. Cut the chicken into cubes and marinade it to taste.
  2. Add 2 tbspn groundnut oil to a pan and fry the chicken on low heat.
  3. Add the sausage and keep stirring till it's done.
  4. In another pan, add 1 tbspn of groundnut oil then add the habanero and onion. Fry it and season to taste.
  5. Cut the cabbage and carrot.
  6. Mix the mayonnaise and ketchup together in a bowl and add some of it to the cabbage and carrot.
